Document and Prefill

Choose the document first. The required service fields will appear automatically.

Choose the Interactive Communication you want to associate.
Select the prefill service to use.
Service Parameters

Provide the values required for the selected document.

Fields marked with * are required.
The form changes when you select a different document.
